Barbeque Brush (15½cm handle) and Pastry Brush (6cm handle) in stainless steel with heat resistant silicone "bristles". The Barbecue Brush was awarded "Prize Winner" at the Danish Formland exhibition in February 2003. Its long handle makes it ideal for barbecuing and brushing food as it cooks over high heat. The silicone "hairs" are firmly cast in the handle to prevent them from getting into food whilst the combination of materials enables the product to withstand 300 degrees Celsius. The brush is dishwasher safe ensuring that it can be effectively cleaned. |
